BGT celebrates this cross quarter day, (which falls on Sunday February 2nd this year) between, Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox! At this time of the year, we see the beginnings of our Winter Solstice femmifestations begin to take form. As we come out of winter’s hibernation, we will help our manifestations along, by using our erotic energy to increase the power of our 2020 dreams and goals!

We will first do some gentle body movements, then burn off old stagnant energy in a burning bowl ceremony. We will then activate this incoming energy through guided 1st and 2nd chakra Breathwork that connects us to our life force energy, journaling to connect our hearts and minds, and by creating erotic power tools, specific to this midwinter energy, to take home.

BGT celebrates Imbolc, the weekend prior to this festival day to create our erotic power tools for conscious use when the wheel turns.
