Autumnal Equinox is when the days and nights are equal length again. Once again we acknowledge balance. This time by preparing for the transition from the outward going energy of summer to the inward facing energy of winter. This officially declares our entry into the last quarter phase in the yearly earth cycle, thus signifying an important time of inner growth as the balance shifts towards increasing darkness.
We activate this balanced energy by exploring our mental capacity to rise above our emotions, in honor of unconditional love, open communication and acceptance of self and others. Erotic Guided Meditation and Tantric exercises, will be offered so that we can focus our emotional intelligence in ways that will help us relate more fully with our loved ones. We will journal to connect our hearts and minds, and move our breath and bodies for inner connection.
